概要 / Outline

eポートフォリオ機能は、HIRAKU-PFの根幹をなす機能の一つです。
若手研究者だけでなく全ユーザが利用でき、自己PR・企業PR等に活用できます。

The e-portoflio is one of the core functions within HIRAKU-PF. Not only the young researcher users but the HIRAKU Member Organization users can utilize the function to promote their organizations.

機能紹介 / Functions

• researchmap (https://researchmap.jp) に準拠した業績一覧
  / You can store your research achievement record, based on the researchmap (https://researchmap.jp) list.
• researchmap連携機能
  / You can automatically link with your data in “researchmap”.
• Excelファイルによる業績一括更新機能
  / You can bulk-upload the achievement record using the Excel templates.
• HIRAKU-PF内外に向けた自己アピール
  / You can promote yourself and your research within or outside of the system.
• SNSの埋め込みが可能
  / You can make your SNS pages embedded within your ePortfolio page.
• 動画PRも簡単に
  / You can easily list your PR videos within your ePortfolio page.

※広島大学所属 博士課程後期学生の論文情報は、四半期毎(1,4,7,10月)に事務局が一括アップロードしております。

Q1 : ポートフォリオ公開先設定の方法がよく分からない /
I don’t understand the “Privacy Setting” function settings

eポートフォリオは公開設定を変更することによって、単に業績管理に使用することも、
積極的な自己PRにも使用することも可能です。

全体設定は eポートフォリオ編集 > 基本情報から行います

業績、動画や添付ファイルでは個別に公開設定が変更可能です。
公開する設定にした場合でも、「基本情報」内の個人情報に関する項目は公開されません

公開設定は3段階に設定できます。内容は以下の通りです。

• 自分専用 : 自分しか閲覧できない
• 他ユーザに開示 : システム内に公開される (登録ユーザしか閲覧できない)
• ネット公開 : システム内に公開される他、誰でも閲覧できる外部公開用ページが生成される

また、eポートフォリオ閲覧画面左上から、他ユーザからどのように見えるのかの確認が可能です。

修正済の問題 / Fixed issue

2023-03-30まで『データ出力』機能の『業績書作成』機能にバグがあり、一部項目(『英』項目)が出力されませんでした。
Until 2023-03-30, there was a bug in the “Achievement Report Export” function of “Data Export” function, and some items (“En” items) are not output to the excel file.

現在は問題なく出力されます。
It exports fine now.

また、2023-4-10までポートフォリオ編集(Edit ePortfolio)の研究活動(Research Activities)の一部で、『新規登録』『編集』画面において、『英』項目に半角ハイフン(-)を含むデータを入力できないバグがありました。
And until 2023-03-30, as part of “Research Activities” in “Edit ePortfolio”, there was a bug where data including hyphens (-) cannot be entered in the “English (En)” item on the “New Registration” and “Edit” screens.
