概要 / Outline
能力開発支援機能は、HIRAKU-PFの根幹をなす機能の一つです。
イギリスVitaeの開発したVitae RDFにより、自己能力診断を実施できます。
診断結果を元に能力開発計画を立て、養成科目を受講しスキルアップを行いましょう。
The Skill Development menu is one of the core functions within HIRAKU-PF. You can assess your skills and competencies based on the Vitae RDF as a rubric. Based on the assessment results, let’s set up your action plans and take the recommended classes to develop your skills.
Vitae RDF (Researchers Development Framework)
研究者の総合的な能力開発を目的として英国Vitae (http://www.vitae.ac.uk/) が開発した能力指標です。
研究者として求められる資質や能力、計63項目が、AからDの４つの大きなドメイン（大項目）に分類され、さらに12のサブドメインに細分化されています。一つ一つのスキル項目には、それぞれ到達目標レベルが設定されています。
HIRAKU-PF には、研究者の能力自己診断の指標として組み込まれています。
Vitae RDF (Researchers Development Framework)
The RDF is a professional development framework for planning, promoting and supporting the personal, professional and career development of researchers in higher education, which has been developed by UK Vitae (http://www.vitae.ac.uk/).
The RDF consists of 63 skills and competencies that are considered to be required for researchers. They are structured in the four domains from A to D, further into 12 sub-domains.
This RDF is built within the HIRAKU-PF as a rubric for your professional development.

/ Download skill assessment reports to check your progress in professional development.
